SSC Panel Saws

C-4 Panel Saw
The C-4 model packs all the features of the full size saws into a portable 5' frame. This panel saw can travel to work sites and fit into shops with floor space limitations. The C-4 is ideal for construction, sign shops, and operations with limited budgets.

H-Series
The H-Series offers full-size vertical panel saws productivity in economical machines. H-Series saws cut within 1/32 inch on a wide variety of panel materials up to 1 3/4 inch thick, and are available in three cross-cut widths up to 76 inches. H-Series saws work hard in many applications, including lumber yards, sign shops, crating shops, and woodworking shops.

6400 & 6800 Panel Saws
These vertical saws have heavy-duty worm-drive saw motors for production shop service. The 3 hp motors easily handle demanding jobs. Double guide bearings improve cutting accuracy to 1/64 inch. The 6400 cuts panels up to 64 inches wide, while the 6800 can handle 76 inch sheets. Both saws are well suited for medium- production shops, busy lumberyards, and jobs where tough materials are often cut.

7400 & 7400XL Panel Saws
The 7400 saws are designed for continuous production and tight-tolerance cutting. A 2 hp, 220V induction motor can handle tough jobs. The saw carriage is mounted with bearings running on milled tracks delivers .005 inch cutting accuracy. The XL model offers an extra large 13 foot frame for cutting big panels. Choose these machines for heavy production requirements, large panels, and close tolerance work.

SR-5 Panel Saws
The SR-5 allows the ability to saw and route on one vertical frame. This model can be changed from saw to router in less than a minute. The SR-5U upgrade includes a 3 hp saw, a 3 1/4 inch hp router, aluminum rollers, and an enclosed counterweight system. This saw is ideal for cabinet shops and other workplaces where both sawing and routing are done.

3400 Vertical Router 
The 3400 vertical router is designed for regular production on large panels. This machine can handle unlimited length cuts and cross-dado up to 62 inches. The floating router head keeps perfect depth alignment from the face of the panel and makes clean blind dados. The 3400 is well suited to cabinet production shops and store fixture production.

TR-2 Horizontal Table Router
The TR-2 horizontal table router is a productive machine for jobs that require 36 inch or less cross-dado capacity. The easy one-person operation makes this router work well for cabinet dados, cabinet backs, and drawers.
